NPR's Ted Clark reports as the investigation continues, more information is now being reported about how last week's attack was carried out. But the Bush administration refuses to divulge what it has learned, saying that would tip-off Osama bin Laden and his al-Qaeda organization to U.S. sources and help them evade punishment.
