NPR's Richard Harris reports that the nuclear power industry is reconsidering its security procedures, following the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Defense planners had anticipated raids by small groups of commandos, not the kind of attacks on New York and Washington that took place Sept. 11.
