Conflict in Chechnya

NPR's Michele Kelemen reports on the conflict in Chechnya. The Russians want the United States to affirm that the Chechen rebels are terrorists, but Washington refuses to take a stance on the uprising. There have been reports that the rebels have links to Osama bin Laden.
