Afghan Refugees In Tajikistan

NPR's Ivan Watson reports on the growing refugee problem in the counties bordering Afghanistan. Even before the threat of a U.S. strike, thousands of Afghans were trying to flee the drought-stricken country. But Afghanistan's northern neighbor, Tajikistan, has blocked the refugees and left them stranded at the border.
