President to Shanghai

NPR's Anthony Kuhn reports on President Bush's arrival in China for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. Plans for an elaborate U.S.-China summit were cancelled in the wake of the Sept. 11 attacks. But Bush will meet briefly with the Chinese president on this trip.
