Secretary of State Colin Powell Testifies Before House International Relations Committee About An International Coalition and War On Terrorism

Since Palestinian gunmen assassinated Israel's tourism minister last week, violence in the West Bank has soared, halting any peace negotiations between Israeli's and Palestinians. The US says the fighting must stop... and has demanded Israel withdraw its troops from Palestinian territories. A cease-fire in the Middle East would help the US maintain Arab support for the military strikes in Afghanistan.
