Scott talks to Robert Malley, former advisor to President Bill Clinton on Arab-Israeli affairs, about the roots of terrorism in the Middle East. Malley says it's not Islam that's breeding terrorism, but the political and economic circumstances in much of the Arab world, and the fact that Islamic institutions are often the only outlet for political dissent.
