The FBI has issued a new warning to Americans: terrorists may attack the U.S soon and the nation should be on the highest alert. The new warning has already nervous Americans questioning their Wednesday night Halloween plans. Do YOU plan to trick or treat with your kids, visit a haunted house or dress-up and scare your neighbors, or are you staying in this Halloween?
