Bush-Putin Meeting

NPR's Mike Shuster previews this week's arms control discussions between President Bush and Russia's President Putin. The two leaders are expected to finalize details of a new strategic nuclear framework, involving a deal that would slash arsenals of nuclear warheads on both sides and also allow the U.S. to work on a missile defense system.
