Mysterious Murders

NPR's Martin Kaste reports from Brazil on the growing body count in murder investigations in the regional capital of Sao Luis. Some human rights groups say the police have been dragging their feet in trying to find the killer of some 20 low-income boys because the victims weren't important or rich.
