NPR's Julie McCarthy reports on the man at the center of Spain's case against eight members of a radical Islamic group. High Court Judge Baltasar Garzon is best known for his pursuit of Chile's Augusto Pinochet. Now he claims a suspected al Qaeda cell had advance knowledge of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
