Senate Hearing on Civil Liberties

NPR's Barbara Bradley reports on today's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. Members grilled Assistant Attorney General Michael Chertoff about the Bush administration's statements that some foreign-born terrorism suspects may be tried in military tribunals, rather than in the U.S. criminal justice system.
