Robert Siegel talks with Mike Bucsko, reporter for the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, about the charges leveled against dozens of people for illegally obtaining permits to transport hazardous materials in Pennsylvania. There's no apparent connection to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. But 22 Middle Eastern men were among those singled out in the case.
