Scott talks with Stanley Weintraub, professor of History at Pennsylvania State University and author of the new book Silent Night: The Story of the World War I Christmas Truce. Beginning on Dec 24, 1914, British and German troops laid down their weapons for two days — left the trenches — buried their dead — and played soccer.
