Last week, a Virginia man convicted of rape became the 99th felon in the nation to be cleared by DNA tests. Advances in genetic testing technology has progressed to the point where convicted felons have been cleared for crimes committed more than a decade ago...sometimes two. What does this say about our criminal justice system? And what does it say about its future?
