Social Security - Private Investments

NPR's Pam Fessler reports a presidential commission voted unanimously today to approve three different plans for private Social Security accounts. All three plans would allow younger workers to divert part of their Social Security taxes into investments that they personally select. The idea is to give workers the chance to invest so that they can improve their retirement income over standard benefits.
