Afghanistan inaugurated its new government head today. Hamid Karzai took over the country's reigns in a ceremony attended by foreign dignitaries, U.S. officials and representatives from virtually every ethnic group in Afghanistan. NPR's Jacki Lyden reports from Kabul.
