Retailers hope to limit the fallout from a dreary holiday season with some serious post-Christmas discounts. But it may not do the trick. According to one survey, sales were down during the first three weeks of December from the year before. It's expected to be the worst holiday shopping season in at least a decade. NPR's Cheryl Corley reports.
