Robert talks to C. Raja Mohan of the Hindu, an English-language daily in India. Mohan says that the terrorist attack on the Indian parliament on Dec. 13 marked a turning point in the strained relationship between India and Pakistan. The Indian people, Mohan says, no longer wanted to accept terrorism Indians see as encouraged by Pakistan.
