NPR's Mike Shuster reports on a newly released videotape of the world's most wanted man, Osama bin Laden. Excerpts were broadcast yesterday by the independent al-Jazeera television station based in Qatar. The Pentagon says the tape probably was recorded about two weeks ago, but there's no way to ascertain where it was made.
