Tensions are escalating further today between India and Pakistan. Each nation announced diplomatic and economic sanctions. India said that it is prohibiting Pakistani airliners from entering Indian airspace. Also half of its diplomatic staff stationed in Islamabad was recalled. In response, Pakistan took similar actions against India. NPR's Mike Shuster has more on these sanctions which come after several days of military mobilization and deployment of missiles along the border between the two nations.
