India-Pakistan

NPR's Michael Sullivan reports from Katmandu on diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions between India and Pakistan. At a two-day South Asian summit over the weekend, India's Prime Minister Vajpayee and Pakistan's Minister Musharraf met briefly. Britain's Prime Minister Blair is meeting separately with the two leaders.
