Fast Track

NPR's Don Gonyea reports from Missouri, one of the places President Bush spoke yesterday about economic issues. Mr. Bush said he wants the Senate to give him "fast track" or trade promotion authority to help heartland communities like the ones he visited yesterday in Missouri and Illinois.
