American Apathy

Professor Kimberle Williams Crenshaw, professor at the UCLA and Columbia University law schools, says that many Americans are apathetic towards Martin Luther King Day. She tells host Tavis Smiley that unless Americans challenge themselves to debate and understand King's ideas, the holiday will cease to carry any true meaning for them.
