Afghan Aid

Guest host Susan Stamberg talks to Arizona Rep. Jim Kolbe after his trip through Afghanistan about the cost of U.S. aid to rebuild that country. Kolbe predicts the United States will need to spend $1.5 billion over the next 10 years — and that's only part of the estimated $8 billion bill.
