The Reverend Al Sharpton led a rally this weekend in Washington, D.C., to commemorate the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday and to protest the perceived threat to civil liberties posed by recent anti-terrorist legislation. Event organizers are also concerned with the racial profiling of Arab-Americans and other minorities since September 11th. Host Tavis Smiley speaks with the Reverend Horace Sheffield, a key organizer of the rally and head of the Detroit chapter of the National Action Network and Jim Zogby, President of the Arab American Institute and a co-organizer of the event.
