Tough Trade Vote

Leda Hartman reports on Rep. Robin Hayes' tie-breaking vote on the fast track negotiation authority bill — and how Hayes' vote has been playing at home in North Carolina. Hayes is from a conservative district dependent on the textile industry, which could be affected by international trade agreements.
