Being a Black Man Today

Black men in the United States face many challenges, from overcoming prejudice to finding positive role models, to being succesful beyond their own expectations. Ellis Cose, author of The Envy of the World: On Being a Black Man In America, explains to host Tavis Smiley that all of these goals are attainable and some of the means to get there.
