NPR's David Welna reports from Davenport on what Iowa Republican members of Congress are telling their constituents about President Bush's economic program. Congressman Jim Nussle and Senator Charles Grassley assured local business leaders in Davenport and Cedar Rapids this week that the Bush administration will help mitigate the effects of the economic downturn.
