The U.S. is facing complaints over the fate of captured Taliban and al Qaeda fighters in detention in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Human rights groups say they're prisoners of war deserving of international standards of care in detention. The U.S. calls them dangerous and illegal combatants who deserve what they get. What's the U.S. government's obligation to its foreign prisoners?
