Young Democrat

Host Tavis Smiley talks to U.S. Rep. Harold Ford Jr. (D-TN), who in 1996 was the youngest person elected to Congress in over a century. Ford talks about his experiences on Capitol Hill as a young black Democrat, and about the goals and strategies of black lawmakers in the new millennium.
