Uzbek Vote

Citizens of Uzbekistan cast votes tomorrow in a referendum to extend the president's term from five to seven years. As NPR's Lawrence Sheets reports from the capital, Tashkent, critics worry the vote could result in keeping Karimov in power until 2012.
