NPR's Peter Kenyon reports on the suicide bombing in downtown Jerusalem. A bomb carried by a Palestinian woman exploded, killing the woman and an 81-year-old Israeli man and injuring dozens of other people. Vice President Dick Cheney suggested that Palestinian Leader Yasser Arafat has failed to take the steps to halt recent escalating violence.
