Enron - Lawsuits

NPR's Barbara Mantel reports Enron shareholders have filed more than 80 lawsuits aimed at recovering losses caused by the precipitous drop in the company's stock. These suits are likely to be consolidated into a single class action suit, perhaps the biggest securities fraud case ever. The three law firms representing some of the largest losers are each vying to be the lead counsel in the case.
