The nation's economy grew slightly in the fourth quarter of last year. The slight increase in Gross Domestic Product surprised many economists, who expected to see a second consecutive quarter of decline. As NPR's Jack Speer reports, the good news may signal the beginning of an economic recovery, but rising unemployment remains a concern.
