Executive Stock Options

In the wake of the Enron collapse, and the large amounts of money recieved by its top officials, members of Congress are proposing legislation to limit stock options held by executives. But some believe the legislation would affect the regular wage earner more than the people at the top. NPR's Chris Arnold reports.
