Host Bob Edwards discusses the Shays-Meehan Campaign Finance Reform Bill with political scientist, Tony Corrado of Colby College. The House of Representatives takes up the bill today. It would ban unregulated "soft money" contributions to national political committees. It also would place limits on special interest television ads during campaign season.
