Melanie Peeples visits a business assistance program in Florence, Alabama, that helps budding entrepreneurs bring their dreams to reality. It's called a kitchen incubator and it provides business hopefuls a place to try to turn those treasured family recipes like Katie Kilburn's mustard slaw into a gourmet shop, or supermarket hit. The incubator provides space, industrial kitchen equipment and provides advice on such matters as marketing and meeting state health regulations.
