A new report finds flaws in the federal Web site www.medicare.gov, designed to give the public reliable data about nursing homes. The site allows consumers to search for information about almost every nursing home in the country. But according to the congressional report, the site excludes tens of thousands of health and safety violations. NPR's Joseph Shapiro reports.
