Robert talks with David E. Hoffman, author of The Oligarchs: Wealth and Power in the New Russia about six men who consolidated wealth and power since the fall of communism in Russia. Hoffman says their ability to manipulate the old Soviet system enabled them to develop the skills to become successful capitalists.
