New Florida Law Schools

Florida Governor Jeb Bush recently signed legislation to re-open the law school at historically black Florida A&M University. Host Tavis Smiley talks to the school's dean, Percy Luney, and regular legal commentator, Connie Rice, about maintaining diversity in higher education without affirmative action.
