Former Enron chief executive Jeffrey Skilling disputes statements by Sherron Watkins, a company vice president, who said Skilling had manipulated Enron's former chairman, Kenneth Lay. Skilling and Watkins appeared yesterday before the Senate Commerce Committee. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
