California Judge

NPR's Ina Jaffe reports that Orange County judge Richard Kline may be under house arrest after an indictment for possession of child pornography and other charges, but he is still likely to be re-elected Tuesday — he's the only candidate on the ballot. Since the allegations (which the judge denies) came out, 11 write-in candidates have jumped into the race. They hope to deny Kline the majority he needs to win.
