Student Visas

The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service is coming under heavy scrutiny after revealing that some of the Sept. 11 hijackers had been granted student visas. President Bush wants to change the way the INS works, but the task won't be easy. NPR's Claudio Sanchez reports.
