NPR's John Burnett reports from Afghanistan on ethnic tensions within Afghanistan's interim government. The Tajik-dominated Northern Alliance is trying to solidify its near-monopoly over key government agencies. But this involves sidelining the Pashtuns, who make up the country's largest single ethnic group.
