European Air Carrier

Host Bob Edwards talks with Tom Fuller of the International Herald Tribune about the EU's proposal to tax non-European airlines that receive government subsidies. The European Union says it can't compete with U.S. airlines, which received $15 billion in aid after September 11. But some say the move is simply a reaction to President Bush's imposition of tariffs on foreign steel imports.
