The U.S. Supreme Court will today hear the case of a woman who says the government deceived her regarding the fate of her husband, who was taken prisoner during the civil war in Guatemala in 1992. The case not only brings back the controversies of another era; it also carries implications for the current war against terrorism. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
