Scotus Student Drug Testing

NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports that the U.S. Supreme Court today considers whether schools have the right to require students to take drug tests in order to participate in after-school activities, even if the school has no reason to suspect the students of using drugs.
