Preliminary results are in for the vote over whether Hewlett-Packard should merge with Compaq. But the company's CEO and a dissident board member can't agree on the verdict. Hewlett chief Carly Fiorina says shareholders have approved the merger. HP heir Walter Hewlett says the vote is too close to call. NPR's Elaine Korry reports.
