Biking Across the Border

Cars and trucks can sit for hours at border crossings between the U.S. and Mexico, thanks to new, post-Sept. 11 security requirements. But Eric Niilerof member station KPBS reports that some inventive commuters have found a new way around the traffic — bicycles.
